Inactivate Users

Why do we deactivate users?

We do this because a user should not have any more access to the tool, freeing up licenses for new colleagues. When we deactivate a user, they will not be able to log in or have the roles that allow them to perform actions within the tool.

All the work they have done will still be associated with their user. This helps with organizing reports in the future!
