Terms and Conditions of Access and Use of the Website
TRIM STUDIOS S.R.L. - CUIT 30712280235, with its legal address at Avenida Rafael Núñez No. 6107 – 1st Floor – City of Córdoba – Province of Córdoba – Republic of Argentina (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" and/or the "Owner"), as the proprietor of the website www.sytex.io (hereinafter the "Site"), provides the following terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms and Conditions") to all internet users who wish to access the content, and/or services, and/or products offered by the Company. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of First Instance in the City of Córdoba, Province of Córdoba, Argentine Republic, excluding any other jurisdiction or venue that may otherwise apply.
The Terms and Conditions may be amended unilaterally, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Trim Studios S.R.L., without the need to provide any reason.
These Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the date of their publication on the Site and shall remain valid until replaced by a new version and/or until the Owner declares their invalidity and/or the Company decides to deactivate the Site.
User/Client and Contractual Relationship
To access, remain on the Site, and make inquiries about the products and/or services offered by the Owner, the user must be a natural person over 18 years of age with the legal capacity to contract (hereinafter referred to as the "User" and/or the "Client").
By remaining on the Site, the User irrevocably and unconditionally accepts the current Terms and Conditions and agrees to act in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Owner.
To make inquiries, contact the Company, or contract any of the products and/or services offered by the Company, the User must provide personal and contact information through the Site. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided, while the Owner is obliged to treat the received information as confidential and ensure the appropriate protection of personal data.
The Company clarifies that merely accessing and remaining on the Site does not constitute any form of contract between the User and the Company.

The content of the Site is the property of Trim Studios S.R.L. Additionally, the Owner holds the marketing rights for the "Sytex" trademark, which is protected by intellectual property laws. "Sytex" is a registered trademark, and all rights are reserved under Laws 11,723 and 22,362. Reproduction, distribution, copying, or commercialization of the information, illustrations, logos, or names on the Site in any format without prior written consent from the Owner is prohibited.
Site Failures
The Site may be unavailable due to technical difficulties, internet system failures, or other circumstances beyond the control of Trim Studios S.R.L. In such cases, the Company cannot guarantee the absence of faults but will take necessary measures to ensure the Site's proper functioning.
