What is contractor certification software?
It builds the certification out of the work the crew closed on the front: every item with what was planned, what was executed and the evidence behind it, instead of assembling it at month end.
How do I certify progress by quantities?
Each item carries its planned quantity and the quantity executed in the field, with the evidence attached to the same record, so what is billed and what was done are the same number.
Can I run several customers in one place?
Yes. Every customer’s work sits in one queue, and each job is recorded in the form that customer will demand later.
Does the evidence travel with the certification?
Yes. The photos, readings and signatures captured when the task closed are attached to the item, so the certification goes out with its backup already in place.
