Crews log the report on the front, even with no signal. Once approved, it adds to “To certify”.

The month’s certification comes out of the reports your crews already approved, per client and per job, with the photo behind every item. You know what to bill before month end.

For managementMonthly certification
The certification is put together by hand at month end, and billing slips.
- Per client and per job
- The photo behind every item
- What is missing, before month end
Approved quantities add up per client and per job as reports come in, so the certification is ready when the month closes.
Approving the reports depends on someone remembering.
Each report reaches whoever has to approve it as soon as it is logged, and the pending ones are in view.
The client rejects items for missing evidence.
Each photo is compared with that client’s criteria on upload, so the item reaches certification already backed.
Your client’s material is discounted from the invoice.
Every receipt, handover and use is logged with a photo, so each job’s gap is settled before the client audits it.
You find out how the job went when the month closes.
Crews log the report on the phone on the front, and you see each job’s progress the same day.
Each client and each subcontractor reports in its own format.
Each client’s form is set up once, and subcontractors log their part in it with their own user.
What gets certified this month, client by client.
It comes from the reports approved on the front. Nobody builds this dashboard by hand.
Behind every number
Set up once per client, with its items, quantities and required photos. What the crew fills in is what gets certified.
Each photo is checked against your client’s criteria. One that falls short shows up in “What holds the certification”.
Every handover and use is logged with a photo. Each job’s gap shows before the audit.
See materials →Each report reaches whoever approves it. The ones waiting more than two days show on the dashboard.
The certification comes out in the spreadsheet your client already uses, with each item’s photos.

Questions we get
How does the month’s certification come out of the daily reports?
Each task carries the contract item and its planned quantity. When a daily report is approved, the executed quantity adds to that item with its photos, so at month end every item already has its progress and its evidence.
Can I see every client and every job in one place?
Yes. Every client’s contracts sit in the same queue, each with its own form, and progress is shown per client and per job.
What happens with my subcontractors?
They log in with their own user, see only their tasks and log their quantities in the same report, so their progress sits in the same record as yours.
Can I trace the material my client hands me?
Yes. The client’s material sits in its own warehouse, and every receipt, handover to a crew, transfer and use is logged with a photo and tied to the task where it was used.
And my crews on the front?
They use the field app, which works with no signal. How the day on the front works is on the page for operations, sytex.io/contractors.
