Agile teams work faster with Sytex

What Sytex solves

What you cannot see today, and how it comes into view.

For managementPlan dashboard

To know how the plan is going, someone has to build a report.

  • Progress by milestone and by contractor
  • Late sites in plain view
  • Updates as each task closes

Every closed task moves the board, and Monday’s meeting starts with today’s status.

Each blocker is found late, once the site has already stopped.

If a task runs past its deadline, its owner gets an alert with the site and what is missing.

Each contractor works in its own format.

Everyone gets the same template, and each contractor sees only the sites assigned to it.

Progress arrives in a spreadsheet, days later.

The crew closes the task on the phone, and the office sees it as soon as the signal is back.

The photo does not hold up and the site is rejected.

Each photo is checked against the client’s criteria, and if it fails, the technician retakes it on the spot.

The contractor reaches the site and the material is not there.

Each site’s list checks when material is needed against when it arrives, and flags late lines in time.

The chain

One order, and it closes without anyone pushing it.

Planning

The work comes out of the plan.

The project stage opens the work it needs, with the site and the scope already on it.

Dispatch

The work order carries the site with it.

The crew sees what is installed and what the last visit found, without calling the office.

Contractor · team 7

Your crews and your contractors, in the same queue.

Each one sees their own work, with their own permissions, and reports in the form you defined.

Technician

The field reports with no signal.

Photos, serial numbers, measurements and signatures are captured offline and sync when the signal comes back.

Scheduling agent

The agent assigns. Your team approves.

You build them: each one has its role, its trigger and what it may do.

Questions we get

What is network rollout management software?

It runs the rollout plan as a process: each project stage opens the work it needs on each site, crews and contractors report from the field, and the stage advances when the work closes, so plan progress comes from the closed work, with no spreadsheet to consolidate.

How do I track progress across several contractors?

Every crew and every contractor works in the same queue, each with its own permissions and the form you defined. Closed tasks feed the board, and the average close time per contractor comes out of that same record.

Does it work without signal on site?

Yes. Photos, serial numbers, measurements and signatures are captured offline on the site and sync when the phone gets signal back.

Can AI agents take over part of the process?

Agents are built like any other part of the process: each one carries its role, what triggers it and what it may do. One can pick an approved contractor and set the deadline, and leave the task ready for the team to approve.

Getting started

Bring one process.

One is enough: a site rollout, a commissioning, a corrective. We show it with your stages and your forms.

You talk to Alfred, our AI assistant, and then to the team.
