# Sytex

Sytex helps telecommunications, energy, construction and oil & gas teams run field infrastructure at scale. The product unifies digital field forms, work orders, materials and warehouse tracking, quality assurance, real-time dashboards, and AI agents and automation triggers (its assistant is called "Alfred"). It integrates with the systems teams already run and is used across Latin America and beyond, including large telecom rollouts, 5G and FTTH deployments, and multi-country programs spanning 9+ countries. Sytex is backed by Y Combinator.

The platform follows a plan–execute–automate model: (1) Plan — model workflows with a visual, no-code builder (stages, roles, required evidence, rules, Gantt, approvals); (2) Execute — check-in/check-out with verified location and time, capture photos, readings and signatures online or offline, on fully customizable forms with conditional logic and validation; (3) Automate — AI agents and triggers that assign, notify, advance and sync work across any platform (REST API, webhooks, scripting, CLI). AI is built in: Quality AI validates completeness and quality at capture time, and Alfred answers operational questions in natural language and returns dashboards with no SQL. Customers report about 80% lower review costs, 100% of revisits avoided and 30% faster report generation, with a 4.52/5 rating across 426 reviews.
